BULGOKI 
3 to 5 lb. Sirloin tip roast
Soy sauce
Sesame seeds
Oil
Mushrooms, fresh
1 garlic clove
4 carrots
3 or 4 green onions
2 sm. pkgs. chopped cha noodles

Cut meat into thin strips. Mix soy sauce, garlic, and sesame seeds in square bowl. Marinate meat and let stand at least 4 hours. Take 1 large fry pan, coat bottom with oil, empty bowl into pan. Add mushrooms, green onions and carrots. Stir in with meat. In pan of boiling water, add chop cha noodles. Just cook until clear, (1 minute). Add to fry pan with other ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Turn meat as so not to over cook. Serve with rice.
