5-HOUR STEW 
2 lb. round steak
2-4 c. diced potatoes
1 c. diced celery
6 med. carrots
1 lg. onion
1 c. tomato juice
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. tapioca
Salt and pepper

Use Dutch oven. Meat may be left in large pieces or cut into chunks. Place meat and vegetables in Dutch oven. Mix juice, tapioca, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over vegetables. Place lid on Dutch oven. Cover. Place in oven for 5 hours at 225 to 250 degrees.

After 5 hours - lift the lid, your ready to eat. SO EASY! This is really great is you have a timer on your oven.
