HOT PEACHES 
Peach halves, drained
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. diced, toasted almonds
1/2 c. crushed gingersnaps
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. peach syrup

Mix all ingredients together except peach halves. Fill peach halves with mixed ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve for brunch or meat accompaniment.
