ORIENTAL FISH TERIYAKI 
1 lb. swordfish or tuna
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients. Marinate fish at least 1/2 hour each side. Grill approximately 5 minutes on each side.
