1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 orange rind, grated
1 orange, peeled & cut into sections
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
30 vanilla wafers

Blend together milk and lemon juice until mix thickens. Add orange juice, orange rind; blending thoroughly; fold in egg whites.

Line narrow oblong pan with buttered wax paper. Cover bottom with layer of vanilla wafers. Cover with milk mixture, then layer of orange sections. Repeat; finish with vanilla wafers. Chill 12 hours.
