CAROLINA STYLE BBQ 
4 lbs. smoked picnic shoulder
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
Black pepper and salt to taste

In microwave cook shoulder 30 minutes fat side up, 30 minutes fat side down, 30 minutes fat side up. Chop, mince or shred meat, add to mixture, put in heavy pan and simmer as long as possible. Serve on hamburger buns with cole slaw and hot sauce.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
