1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/3 c. sifted cocoa
1 1/2 c. nuts
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Place butter in 2 quart bowl. Cook uncovered at High for 1 1/4 minutes or melted. Stir in sugar, cocoa and milk. Cook on high for 2 minutes or until slightly thinned and warm. Let cook by constantly stirring. Just cool enough to add.
