1 lb. butter
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
4 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. cocoa
1 c. walnuts, chopped
2 tsp. vanilla

In large bowl melt butter and Velveeta cheese in microwave until soft. Mix until creamy. Sift in powdered sugar, cocoa, vanilla and nuts (optional). Mix with large spoon until smooth and creamy. Pour into greased pan.
