The taste is what I'm looking for but I wasn't able to get this to set up, (it'll be great on ice cream so there will be no waste). It also was grainy but these problems could be in part my fault... Butter was frozen so I should have waited and I made a double batch which I do believe should have been done separately. I will try it again and will post my results again. I'm looking for a microwave fudge that tastes like it was cooked!
