NANA BELLA'S POTATO KNISHES 
DOUGH:

3 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 pinch salt
8 oz. warm water
1/2 c. oil

FILLING:

5 lbs. potato
6 onions
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Cook potatoes; mash them, add salt and pepper. Fry onions; add to potatoes. Beat eggs and mix with flour, salt, water and 1/2 cup oil and baking powder.

Make dough flat. Cut out circles 2 1/2 inches in diameter. Put in filling and pinch closed. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
