4 eggs 4 tbsp. milk Pinch of pepper Pinch of salt 1 tbsp. butter 1 slice cheddar cheese 1/4 c. sliced mushrooms, drained 4 oz. diced ham Beat upon eggs, this is not a yolk. Add 4 tablespoons milk, make sure it is smooth and silky. Add a pinch of pepper and a pinch of salt. If you put in too much, it's not my fault! Into an omelette pan melt a pat of butter. If it gets too hot the whole mess will splatter. Pour in the mixture and let it cook just fine. If you burn it now, don't whine and whine. Now add the cheese, the mushrooms and the ham. Flip the pan but make sure it doesn't slam. Cook at medium heat but not more than minutes two. Then with the flip of the pan, it's ready for you! |
