CHART HOUSE MUD PIE 
1/2 box chocolate wafers
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 qt. coffee ice cream
1 1/2 c. fudge sauce

Crush 1/2 box of chocolate wafers. Pour melted butter onto crushed wafers, stir. Pour into 9 inch pie shell and press up on edges and bottom, let harden. Soften ice cream by letting it stand at room temperature for 1/2 hour or so. Cover crust with softened ice cream, freeze. When hard, top with fudge, freeze 10 hours. If using heavenly hot fudge, it is better to pour on each piece when serving.
