CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
1 (3 lb.) chicken, stewed, boned and chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 c. chicken broth
1 chicken bouillon cube
Dash of cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. salt (opt.)
1/2 tsp. pepper
Cooked spaghetti or noodles

Saute onion and garlic until onion is tender. Add chicken and hot broth and bouillon cube. Make sure bouillon cube is well dissolved. Add tomatoes, sauce and seasonings. Simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Serve over hot spaghetti.
