LUNCHEON CHICKEN SALAD 
3 oz. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped into 8ths
1/2 lb. pimento cheese, diced
3 c. celery, diced fine
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. grated onion
3 c. chopped chicken
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. whipped cream

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add salt and onion. Chill until thick like egg whites. Beat until fluffy. Add Miracle Whip and whipped cream (whipped). Fold in remaining ingredients and chill.
