1 c. flour
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
Extra Cool Whip
Chocolate shavings

Mix flour, chopped pecans and butter. Press into 9-inch pie plate. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

Mix cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, and Cool Whip. Spread over completely cooled crust. Mix pudding mixes and 3 cups milk. Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with additional Cool Whip and chocolate shavings.
