4 LAYER PIE | |
1 stick butter 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 lg. carton Cool Whip 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 c. powdered sugar 2 sm. pkgs. instant chocolate pudding mix (mix as directed) 3 c. milk Mix melted butter, 1 cup flour and chopped pecans. Spread in 10" pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. Cool, then mix soft cream cheese and powdered sugar with 1/2 of Cool Whip. Prepare instant pudding mix as directed on box, then spread on cool crust. Serves about 10. |
