WILD RICE AND MUSHROOMS 
1 c. wild rice
1 can beef broth
1 c. mushrooms (sliced)
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. butter

Saute onion and mushrooms in butter. Combine with remaining ingredients in a covered casserole dish. Place a sheet of wax paper over the dish, wax side down, and place cover on top of paper. bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hour.
