ON TOP ON TOP 
1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. chocolate wafers (40)
1 (9 oz.) carton frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed
2 tbsp. sm. colored candies

Arrange 1 layer of 10 chocolate wafers in a square pan or dish. Break some of the cookies to fit in holes. Use a rubber scraper to spread about 1/4 of the thawed dessert topping over the cookies. Cover the cookies so you can't see them. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until all the cookies and dessert topping are used. The top layer should be dessert topping. Sprinkle the top with the candies. Cover the pan with plastic wrap or foil. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours so cookies get soft.
