1 lb. pkg. Oreo cookies
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
3 c. milk
2 sm. pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
12 oz. Cool Whip

Reserve 2 or 3 cookies for garnish. Cream cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Crush cookies and add to this mixture. Remove this from mixing bowl and in same bowl blend milk and pudding. Fold Cool Whip onto pudding mixture.

In 9x13 inch dish, press cookie mixture for first layer and top with pudding mixture. Sprinkle with reserved crushed cookies.
