CARAMEL PUDDING 
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. plain gelatin
2 eggs, separated
Whipped cream

1. Melt butter and sugar together in small saucepan.

2. Dissolve gelatin in hot milk and add to butter and sugar mixture.

3. Stir in well and cool.

4. Mix beaten egg yolks to mixture.

5. Mix beaten egg whites to mixture.

6. Mix all ingredients gently.

7. Place in refrigerator to set. Put dollop of cream on each serving. Serves 4 to 6.
