LINDSAY QUICHE AND TELL | |
1 1/2 c. whipping cream 1/2 c. buttermilk 4 eggs, lightly beaten 1/4 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 1/4 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded, about 2 c. 2 tbsp. sliced green onions 1 (6 oz.) can Lindsay lg. pitted olives, drained 1 pastry lined 9 inch pie plate or quiche dish, unbaked Heat cream and buttermilk; whish in eggs and seasonings. Stir in cheese, bacon, onions and olives. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes, until custard is set and golden. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired. Serves 6. |
