SWEET TORTILLA CHIPS | |
Oil for frying 1/4 c. sugar 10 flour tortillas, cut in 1/4 2 tsp. cinnamon Fry tortilla in hot oil on each side about 45 to 60 seconds until slightly puffed and golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Place sugar mixture and fried chips in bag; shake lightly to coat. Serve with sweet praline dipping sauce. |
