3 c. cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla

Beat sweet potatoes, sugar, softened butter, vanilla and eggs together. Place in greased casserole or baking dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. nuts (chopped fine)

Mix topping ingredients together with fingers or fork. Sprinkle over sweet potatoes. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
