VEAL AND MUSHROOM CASSEROLE | |
4 lb. veal, cut in large cubes 3/4 c. seasoned flour 2 lb. mushrooms, sliced 1 c. butter Melt butter in skillet. Roll veal cubes in flour and sear on all sides. In a 4 quart casserole place meat and raw mushrooms alternately with melted butter from skillet. Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees or 1 1/2 to 2 hours. (Nice served with rice and salad.) Serves 8. |
