SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
Onion & green pepper
1 c. vegetable or tomato soup
1 c. green beans
Mashed potatoes
Grated cheese

Cook ground beef, onion and green pepper; add soup and beans. Pour in casserole dish. Cover with mashed potatoes and sprinkle with cheese. Bake only until heated through. Can be made in skillet.
