SHEPHERDS PIE 
1-2 lbs. hamburger
1 med. onion, diced
1 tbsp. oil
Frozen peas and/or frozen corn (amount as you wish)
5-6 lg. baking potatoes, scrubbed
1 can tomato or cream of mushroom soup, reconstituted with water
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onion in oil. Salt and pepper while warm. Add hamburger and brown - drain all. Scrub potatoes (we like the skins on), quarter and boil in large pot of water until done; drain and mash.
