TAFFY APPLE SALAD 
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. flour
Juice from 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Mix these ingredients together and cook over medium heat until thick. Let cool while putting salad together.

4 c. diced Granny Smith apples
1 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. chopped peanuts
Crushed pineapple from above
8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix all these ingredients together and add above cooled syrup. Refrigerate overnight. (This is a must.)
