1 stick butter
1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips

Melt together and add 1 1/2 cups of smooth peanut butter, blend together. Pour over 1 box of Crispix cereal and mix until all is covered with the chocolate. Pour 1 box of powdered sugar in a large clean grocery sack, add chocolate covered cereal and shake until all is covered. Store in a tight container.
