REFRIGERATOR YEAST BREAD 
3 to 3 1/2 cups unsifted all-purpose flour or bread flour
1 pkg. active dry yeast (or equivalent)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup warm water (125 to 130°F)
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 egg

Combine 1 cup of flour with yeast, salt and sugar. Add warm water, butter and egg. Stir together. Add remaining flour, 1 cup at a time. Blend well until dough is not sticky. Knead on floured surface until smooth. Put into greased bowl and cover well; refrigerate overnight.

When ready to serve, shape rolls and place in greased pans. Cover and let rise 1 hour.

Bake at 350°F until brown. Brush with butter before serving.

Makes 16 rolls.
