OVEN BARBECUED CHICKEN 
2 fryers, cut up (6 to 7 lbs. chicken)
1 c. bottled barbecue sauce
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. honey
1 clove of garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. ginger
Juice of 1 lemon

Mix together barbecue sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and lemon juice for marinade. Marinate chicken 24 hours in non-metal baking dish or Tupperware. Before baking, place chicken in flat casserole dish (Pyrex) and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally.
