HASH BROWN POTATO BAKE 
32 oz. frozen hash brown with onion & green pepper
1 (8 oz.) carton French onion dip
2 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. crushed saltine crackers

Mix together all ingredients except crackers. Put into a buttered casserole dish; sprinkle with crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
