BAKED HASH BROWN POTATOES 
2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 stick butter
1/4 stick butter
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 pt. sour cream

Place frozen potatoes in 9"x13" pan, spreading out. Melt 1/2 stick butter and spread over potatoes. Mix together cheese, onions, soup, sour cream, salt and pepper and spread over the potatoes that first had the melted butter dribbled over it. Then melt the 1/4 stick of butter and put over crushed corn flakes and sprinkle over the potatoes. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
