HOT DOG CASSEROLE 
4 frankfurters
1 1/2 lbs. small potatoes
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sliced onion
1/3 c. chopped green peppers
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 can Spaghetti sauce with meat
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut franks into 1 inch slices. Peel potatoes; cut into 1/4 inch slices. Parboil 5 minutes. Drain, melt 1 tbsp. butter, cook onions, green peppers until tender. Add franks and brown lightly. Stir in mustard, spaghetti sauce, salt and mix well. Line bottom of baking dish with sliced potatoes. Add frank mixture. Add remaining potatoes around edge. Melt remaining butter; brush on potatoes. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings. I use more franks than called for.
