HAWAIIAN CHICKEN OR SPARERIBS 
2 lbs. chicken or spareribs
1 can pineapple chunks and juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. coconut syrup
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 c. cherries

Cut up chicken or ribs. Mix sugar, pineapple and juice and coconut syrup. Pour over chicken or ribs. Sprinkle with coconut and cherries. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Serve with rice.
