POTATO SALAD O'BRIAN 
9 med. potatoes (about 3 lbs.)
3 hard cooked eggs, diced
1/3 c. sliced green onions
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
Paprika

Cook potatoes. Dice into bowl. Pour dressing over warm potatoes. Toss gently. Add celery, onions, green pepper and pimento. Chill.

BUTTERMILK DRESSING:

1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dill weed or more
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. parsley
