EGGS IN A SHELL 
6 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/3 c. Kraft real mayonnaise
1/4 lb. Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped stuffed green olives
6 taco shells
Leaf lettuce
Tomato wedges

Combine eggs, mayonnaise, process cheese spread, celery and olives; mix lightly. Chill. Fill shells with lettuce, tomatoes and egg mixture. 6 tacos.

Variation: Substitute Velveeta Mexican process cheese spread with jalapeno pepper for process cheese spread.
