POTATO SALAD | |
20 lb. boiling potatoes 2 qt. salad dressing 1 c. prepared mustard 1 c. sugar 6 tbsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 6 lg. ribs celery 3 med. onions, or to taste 24 hard cooked eggs Cook potatoes. Mix salad dressing, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper; set aside. Cut celery and onions into small pieces. Peel and chop eggs. Peel potatoes while still quite warm. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. 50 servings. |
