BREAKFAST CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. sausage 8 oz. can crescent rolls 2 c. grated cheese (Mozzarella, cheddar or Monterey Jack) 4 beaten eggs 3/4 c. milk 1/4 tsp. salt Pepper Cook and drain sausage. Line bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan with rolls, pressing edges to seal. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese. Beat remaining ingredients and pour over sausage. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. |
