LEMON ICE BOX PUDDING 
4 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
Juice of 1 1/2 lemon
Pinch of salt

Cook in double boiler until thick, then cool. Add beaten egg whites and 1 cup cream whipped or Cool Whip. Use a 9 x 9 inch pan. Roll vanilla wafers or graham crackers fine, cover bottom of pan. Save some crumbs for top. Pour mixture over crumbs and sprinkle top with crumbs and freeze.
