ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
2 lg. zucchini
1 lg. onion
2 lg. tomatoes
1 c. plain bread croutons
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese

Wash and slice vegetables into casserole dish, layering vegetables with cheese croutons, and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Zucchini should be translucent.
