1 1/2 lb. London Broil
1 tsp. garlic salt
Pepper to taste
1 pkg. Liptons Dry Onion Soup Mix

Cut a large piece of aluminum foil. Sprinkle meat with garlic salt and pepper. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over meat. Seal meat in aluminum foil and bake in oven on cookie sheet. Results in a quickly made pot roast tasting meat.
