1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
1 (12 oz.) carton sm. curd cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained)
1/4 tsp. pineapple flavoring
1 (2 oz.) pkg. whipped topping mix or Cool Whip
1 c. minnie marshmallows (optional)

Sprinkle dry gelatin over cottage cheese. Stir to dissolve. Add well drained fruits, flavoring and whipped topping.
