CHEESE ROLL UPS | |
2 cups Bisquick 3/4 cup milk 1/2 cup soft pimiento cheese 3 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon milk 1 tablespoon cream Combine Bisquick and 3/4 cup milk together to make a soft, manageable dough. Roll into long narrow oblong shape 1/4-inch thick. Combine cheese, butter, milk and cream, blending with a fork until soft. Spread mixture over the dough and roll up as if for jellyroll. Place in a 15-inch baking pan and using a sharp knife, cut 1/3 of the way through the dough, 1-inch apart to mark slices. Bake for 20 minutes at 450°F or until golden brown. Serve. Submitted by: CM |
