YELLOW SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 c. squash, cut up
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sweet milk
2 c. Town House crackers
1 c. grated cheese (sharp)
1/2 stick butter
Salt and pepper

Cook squash and onions until tender. Drain. Add butter and rest of ingredients except 1/2 cup crackers to sprinkle on top. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Crumble crackers on top.
