GOING TO ISRAEL CARROT KUGEL 
4 eggs
2 lb. raw carrots, grated
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Mix all the ingredients together. Pour into fluted tube baking pan. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. (This recipe is already doubled.)
