1 stick butter
1 pkg. Good Season's Italian Dressing
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 jar sliced mushrooms
1 can sliced water chestnuts

Melt butter and mix in package of Italian Dressing. Mix frozen peas, mushrooms, and water chestnuts. Add seasoning & butter mixture to pea mixture and stir.

Bake at 350°F 1 hour. Stir occasionally.
