CRUSTY PECAN PIE 
24 crackers (Ritz, saltines, HiHo or club)
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg whites

Crush crackers and pour in bowl, add sugar, pecans and vanilla. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into cracker mixture. Pour into ungreased pie plate. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. When cool, top with Cool Whip. Try it, you'll like it!!!
