GRANNY APPLE SALAD 
3 eggs
1 c. butter, room temperature
2 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip
20 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
8 oz. dry roasted peanuts
4 apples, diced

Beat eggs and butter. Add sugar and beat. Add rest of ingredients. Let set in refrigerator for awhile.
