LAMAZE SAUCE 
1 pt. mayonnaise
1 pt. chili sauce
1/2 c. India relish
1 chopped hard boiled egg
1 tsp. chopped chives
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
Salt
Pepper
A-1 sauce

Prechill mayonnaise, chili sauce, relish, and chopped egg. Use well chilled bowl for mixing. Mix well in the following order: Mayonnaise, India relish, chili sauce, prepared mustard, and chopped chives. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add dash of A-1 sauce over dressing when served.

Note: Lamaze Sauce must be kept refrigerated at all times until served.
