CASSEROLE CONGLOMERATION 
1 c. rice, uncooked
2 sm. cans limas, peas or green beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. ground chuck (or chicken bits), uncooked
Salt and pepper to taste

Form ground chuck into marble-sized balls. Lightly grease casserole dish and spread uncooked rice evenly in dish. Place meat over the rice and add drained vegetables. Mix liquid from vegetables with the mushroom soup and pour over casserole. Using a knife, make some small holes to allow juices to circulate. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until done.
